About Marc Rewinkel

Marc Rewinkel has worked as a kitchen chef in various restaurants with 1 to 3 Michelin stars in the Netherlands and the World. and gained a Bib gourmand.

After his many years working at the top kitchens in the world, Rewinkel left for Lyon to sign a contract with Cunard and Marc spent two years as a sommelier on board the 'five star plus' cruiseliner RMS the Queen Mary II during her maiden voyage at the Queens grill and the Tod English restaurants on board , the then largest and most exclusive ship in the world. where the stars travel from London to New York at the very highest level,

Rewinkel lived and worked in Catalonia for seven years. “We went into the forest with the neighbor of 90 to pick herbs, morels and wild fruit. The most beautiful pomegranates imaginable grow there. Catch crabs with my son Tim in the winter to make soup. Afterwards with a nice glass of cava from the local winegrowers and enjoy the sun with my sweetheart. Delicious. Life is too short to stress. ”


Here lies the main part of his passion for what nature has to offer and his cooking style. It all starts with quality, respect for the product and taste.

Working more than 10 years outside the Netherlands, Rewinkel returned and started his own Culitainment company Kitchen Inc. that since 2009 has provided culinary entertainment for large international groups from 1000 guests to exclusive small dinners at its Location in the heart of Amsterdam.
