212 has thirty seats, of which twenty-four counter seats and one table of six. All of them are literally located next (or inside) the kitchen. We where already big fans of the 212 team when they started at Bord Eau even before there first en second Michelin star, The quality here is at it's highest and eating at the Kitchen counter is every Chef's dream "thats why my kitchen at The Location is also completly open"

Richard van Oostenbrugge and Thomas Groot their cooking style is more creative and more dynamic than before. They now work with a constantly changing menu and many international products. The two chefs created an environment where the team can think outside the box and constantly push their limits. Less rules, more experience. And here the cheese at the end you can’t resist where Daphne (Richards farming wife) gives you the right guidance with the wine list .
