I've had the distinct pleasure of dining at MOS on a few occasions and have to say it's consistently one of the best dining experiences I've had. Chef Egon van Hoof is extremely accomplished and his inventive menus never disappoint. Really creative and innovative dishes with lots of complex play in flavors and especially textures of the food. During the covid lockdown of 2020 we also tried the menu at home and it didn't disappoint.
We couldn't stop saying wow with each bite of every dish. We really loved literally every single aspect of the meals we had here.
