You are lucky if you have friends in many places of the world. My old and dear friend Roberto Gola and his parents took us here many years ago.And it is what Piemonte food is all about Family style food fresh meat cuts, truffels ....and of course pasta the old owner took us into the wine cellar with a amazing selection. The place is named after the classic Piedmontese grape Freisa not very known to people outside Italy for me this is what Italy is about however Roberto’s mother cooked for us many times and that is the most exclusive Italian food ever Mama Mia.
